Jeffrey S. Zdunczyk, Esq.

Attorney Jeffrey S. Zdunczyk was born in Waterbury, Connecticut, and grew up in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey and Kennebunk, Maine, where he graduated from Kennebunk High School in 1983.

Jeff graduated from Boston College in 1987 magna cum laude with a B.A. in history, and was a member of the Phi Alpha Theta honor society. He earned his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1991, during which he served an internship with the U.S. Department of Justice at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston.

After working as an associate for other firms, Jeff opened his own law practice in 1998. He is admitted to practice law in Maine and Massachusetts. He is an approved attorney for First American Title Insurance Company and previously served as title attorney for Adams Title Services. His professional affiliations include the Maine State Bar Association and the York Bar Association.

Jeff has long appreciated living in the Kennebunk/Kennebunkport area and has been involved in the community. He presently serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Kennebunk, and previously served on the Planning Board. For many years he coached soccer for the Kennebunkport Parks and Rec leagues. In his free time he enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, travel and the sea.
